How do I create a business profile?
Create your account, verify your email, then complete onboarding. You can save progress before publishing.
What does the verified badge mean?
A Ruwadna administrator has reviewed the business’s submitted documents. It is not a guarantee of service quality or a regulatory endorsement.
Can I message another business?
Send a connection request first. Once accepted, open a private conversation from your Connections page.
How do opportunities work?
Publish your business requirements with a category and deadline. Other businesses can send proposals for you to review and shortlist.
Is UAE PASS active?
No. UAE PASS requires approved credentials, integration, and testing before activation.
How can I delete my account?
Submit an account deletion request in Settings. The operations team reviews requests and applicable retention obligations.
