Information and purposes
We process account names and email addresses, business profile details, membership roles, messages, proposals, notifications and verification evidence to provide the requested business services, manage accounts and prevent misuse. Authentication and security logs support access control. We do not need your date of birth; registration requires an adult business-representative declaration.
Visibility and confidential documents
Public directory fields are visible to visitors. Messages are restricted to conversation participants and authorized operations where required. Verification evidence is private, quarantined until scanning succeeds, and available only to permitted owners and authorized reviewers. A clean malware scan is not approval of a business.
Providers and international processing
The current database, authentication and file storage use Supabase in Mumbai, India. The production website and malware scanner run on the operator's Hostinger VPS in Mumbai, India. Transactional email uses Resend in Tokyo, Japan. Separate protected staging uses Cloudflare and does not share production data. These arrangements are not a guarantee of UAE-only processing. OpenAI and live payments remain disabled; enabling these services requires separate approval and updated disclosures.
Your data and retention
Signed-in users can request access, correction or deletion in Settings, or contact ruwadna@gmail.com. We verify authority before disclosing or deleting information. We retain information while needed for the account, shared business records, security or applicable obligations. We review deletion requests and explain necessary retention; account closure does not immediately erase shared records. You can change activity email preferences in Settings. We do not sell personal data or send marketing campaigns.
