Ruwadna (روادنا) is a platform operated by MBM Tech, the operating/trading name of mariam bint mansour For Information Technology Network Services. The legal operator is a Sole Establishment holding Professional licence 1660848 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), expiring 12 October 2027. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Provide accurate identity, business and eligibility information for the supported SME, supplier/service-provider or investor account type. Do not submit children's data. Verification is a separate review; never claim approval before it is granted. Keep credentials private and report misuse to ruwadna@gmail.com.
Permitted use and business relationships
Do not impersonate, harass, spam, upload malware, infringe rights or bypass access controls. You must have permission to publish profile content and upload documents. Businesses evaluate their own partners and agree their own contracts; Ruwadna does not guarantee investment, contracts or business outcomes. A verification badge reflects a limited document review, not a government endorsement.
Moderation, availability and closure
Users can block businesses and report misuse. Authorized administrators may investigate and restrict accounts. You can request closure in Settings. Maintenance, incidents and provider limits may interrupt access; uninterrupted availability or business outcomes are not guaranteed. Payments and paid checkout remain disabled. Unavailable AI or paid features are not included in Free membership.
Complaints and changes
Send complaints and service questions to ruwadna@gmail.com. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be identified by an updated policy version and appropriate notice. Any future paid service requires separate published pricing and purchase terms. Agreements between members are their own responsibility.
